• Device location (only when you grant permission) for address auto-fill and delivery tracking

• App interactions, pages viewed, and feature usage patterns
• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics

Communications

3. How We Use Your Data

• To process and fulfil your food orders and coordinate delivery

FastBitee does not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Restaurant Partners

Your name, order details, and delivery address are shared with the restaurant fulfilling your order. They are contractually prohibited from using this data for any other purpose.

Delivery Riders

Your first name and delivery address are shared with the assigned rider solely to complete delivery.

Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services for cloud infrastructure, analytics, and push notifications. These providers process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements and may not use your data independently.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of FastBitee, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
• Encrypted password storage using bcrypt hashing
• Access controls limiting staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
