Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FastBitee mobile application ("App") or visiting our website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of FastBitee, including browsers, customers, and any other persons who access or use the service. By using FastBitee you also confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. The FastBitee Service

FastBitee is a food ordering and delivery platform that connects users with local food vendors. Through the App, you can:

• Browse menus and discover food items by category
• Place and track orders in real time
• Save delivery addresses and favourite orders
• Earn and redeem loyalty points
• Pay at the door via Cash on Delivery or Card on Delivery

FastBitee acts as an intermediary between you and our restaurant partners. We do not prepare food; all food items are prepared by our partner vendors who are independently responsible for the quality, safety, and accuracy of their menu items.

3. User Accounts

To place an order you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and not share your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

FastBitee reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Orders & Payments

When you place an order through FastBitee, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected items. Orders are confirmed once you receive an in-app confirmation notification.

FastBitee currently supports two payment methods, both collected at the time of delivery:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): You pay in cash to the delivery rider upon receipt of your order.
• Card on Delivery: You pay by debit or credit card to the delivery rider's card terminal upon receipt.

Prices displayed in the App are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees are calculated and shown clearly before you confirm your order. FastBitee does not store any card information — all card transactions are processed directly at the point of delivery.

In the event of an error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you, giving you the option to reorder at the correct price.

5. Delivery

Delivery times shown in the App are estimates only and may vary due to weather, traffic, and demand. FastBitee is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is accurate and accessible. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be cancelled and a cancellation fee may apply.

Risk and ownership of your order transfers to you upon successful delivery to the nominated address.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FastBitee to:

• Place fraudulent, false, or abusive orders
• Harass, threaten, or abuse delivery riders, restaurant staff, or other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the App or its data
• Circumvent or interfere with security features of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

The FastBitee name, logo, App design, and all content within the App and Site — including text, graphics, icons, and software — are the exclusive intellectual property of FastBitee and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any FastBitee content without our express written permission.

By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content through the App, you grant FastBitee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, publish, and display that content in connection with our services.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

FastBitee provides its service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FastBitee shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service
• The quality, safety, or legality of food items provided by vendor partners
• Delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party riders or circumstances outside our control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the App. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

FastBitee may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, without prior notice. Any outstanding obligations (such as payment for a delivered order) survive termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the App or by email. Continued use of FastBitee after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
